On the weekend we contested the WA Street Stock Title.

With a few teething issues in the new car, we were pretty nervous to be honest. Friday night practice finally saw the car run perfectly, although we did leave with some minor (Dad would say otherwise 😅) damage. A massive, massive thank you to Paul Briggs for letting us use his shed and for bending and welding up a new bumper for us.

Racing-wise, it was a tough weekend, but with some hard work from Dad and Billy we got the car feeling good for Day 2. We finished 4th in our final heat, rolled off 9th in the B Main, and came home 7th.

Although disappointed with the result, I’m really happy with how the car felt by the end of the weekend and we’re super excited to keep developing the new #56 machine.

As always, a huge thank you to the people who help us week in and week out — Dad, Billy Heal,Georgia, and Mum. Special mentions to Jason Oldfield for removing my old suspension, and Elysha for hot-shotting it down in time for Day 2.

WA STATE TITLE 💙

This weekend we’ve been at Perth Motorplex for the WA Street Stock Title.

Ethan had a few rough heats on night one but eventually found his groove. Starting 18th in the B-main moving up to 5th missing out by one spot for the show.

We still had a blast and are so proud of Ethan 🏁

We’ve been a bit quiet on here lately!

We have been busy over this off season.
Ethan went to America to witness the chilli bowl which was an amazing opportunity thanks to Harry Stewart and team for having him.

We last raced at Collie for their annual 2 day coal miner event.
Ethan had a steady weekend but unfortunately surrendered in the final due to steering issues.

Elysha made the A main with the last spot on the grid and managed to complete all 53 laps finishing in 13th, minor damage to the front bumper has kept the boys busy though.

It hasn’t all been quiet though with the boys building a brand new car coming along nicely. A massive thanks goes out to Redline Racecars & Rollcages for helping turn this dream into a reality.

We now turn our head to Ellenbrook Speedway next weekend the 1st and 2nd of March.
