Just fitted up my new excel heavy duty wheelset on my 890. Very happy with the result 👌
I re-laced the factory hubs with new rims and spokes supplied by ADV HUB. Great service and an excellent result. Came in at about half the cost of a wheelset from HAAN or KTM. I laced them myself, wasn’t too difficult.

2.5” rear rim width.
1.6” front rim width.
Factory 890 adventure r hubs, new spokes all round.

We can save you money by rebuilding your stock wheels on to custom spoked Excel or DID rims. Stronger, more range of tyres and better offroad performance at a fraction of the cost of a complete wheel set. These can be done as a DIY kit or we can build them for you.
