Monday’s
⛷️ Mont Blanc - is designed to be the best workout off the slopes using winter sports-inspired exercises. While it may be surrounded by the cold winter sports, we will be turning the temperature up in the studio!
Tuesday’s
⚔️ Romans - is one of the OG F45 resistance-based workouts and is a huge favorite among members and trainers alike! Take it slow and get ready to maximise on your lifts!
Wednesday’s
🦊 Foxtrot - is a fast-paced cardio workout that uses constant change in the work to rest ratio, and a strong agility focus to significantly increase aerobic fitness and endurance.
Thursday’s
💎 Gemini - Take your pick! Gemini is the sister workout to Deuces. It is a split-resistance workout where members can choose which workout they do; upper or lower body. This workout has increased working sets that will test your body with muscular overload and strength endurance.
Friday’s
🔵🔴 T10 - is a strong favorite among members and trainers alike! It is the perfect hybrid session that alternates between resistance and functional cardio exercises, for a balanced, full-body workout.
Saturday’s
☠️ Noho - is the sister workout to Hollywood and West Hollywood! This workout can have up to 36 members sweating it out together for 60 minutes across 18 stations of resistance, bodyweight, functional, agility and plyometric movements.
Sunday’s
🐾 Mkatz - is a resistance-based workout that uses drop set timing and overload techniques to work the body, with a little surprise at the end...
