The Non, Anti- Bootcamp approach !
Daylight saving tends to prompt the inner mammal in us to get out and get moving. I currently receive more inquiries about getting 'back' into some kind of fitness regime during this month than any other, as move away from hibernation into getting active.
If this feels like you, this program is designed to to help support you and your run into Christmas. Consider the following program for you and a friend, family member or work colleague to add some fun and accountability -
The Run into Christmas Program starts Monday October 10th
Designed to support all fitness levels of any age in this program you build slowly towards getting fitter, leaner and more energised. We take on an anti - bootcamp approach by easing you into a program that combines daily movement, strength work, stretch and flex sessions and a focus on physical and mental recovery techniques. The objective is not to flog you but get you through 6 weeks of regular movement, strength, stretch and recovery exercises so that you feel good.

If you feel you need a gentle kick in the bum in tidying up lifestyle
Have had some time away from any kind of general fitness and want to start
You want to increase energy levels

Don't like gyms, large groups or running

How you will do it...............
Starting next Monday 10th come along anytime from 6pm to our Training Studio and do some strength work, light cardio and finish with stretches. This session is anywhere from 45 mins to 90 mins depending on what you need to do and what time you can arrive. You will be guided on how to do this and then be supported in getting it done. All you need is 20 mins a day dedicated to this program.
You mindset needs to shift from feeling like you need to work hard and instead work smart by listening to your body and applying some proven techniques.
We figure you need to eat, so putting some guidelines on timing and types of foods to eat and what to avoid allows you to multiply your results..........if you choose.
What you won't get from us
Overtrained, flogged or yelled out
Calorie counting diets
Un achievable tasks or goals
You have the option of joining a Monday night group program for $47 per week, includes Monday night 6pm and another outdoor group training session, personal training plan and a gentle kick in the backside!
Alternatively you can take on your own personal training plan for $150 per week and includes two individual sessions per week and a group stretch class
Otherwise if you have a family member, friend or work colleague that wants to join you and train together then it is $90 per person for 2 x session per week and all of the above mentioned details.
