two people: $20ea & $40ea
three people: $15ea & $30ea
four people: $15ea
five or more people: $10each (45 minute sessions)

Newish PT mate Abby has been working on her strength in her quest to return to sport after a knee injury. Today we added some agility, plyometrics and unilateral work to her session.

12yo BREAKS THE FITNESS ABDICTION PLANK RECORD!

This is my young PT mate Riley who has been training with me for roughly 6 months to start building muscle and strength.
Yesterday, I challenged him to hold a plank until failure. He was confident of a couple of minutes. He was incredible! 6min 15sec!!
He was so surprised and super proud of himself.
I am too.

Today ended a month long plank challenge with my PT mate (not against each other) to create a better ‘us’ at the end of the month. We made the simple rules:
* Start time 90secs
* If you did that two consecutive days you add 10sec to the next plank.
* At the end of the month, you hold your plank until failure.
Our times this morning were 5min 5sec and 4min 48sec. Both very happy and can feel the benefits.
