OCR Challenge training starting next Saturday!! 5 weeks pre-race training and then race with me and the team for Spartan Sprint!! Starting Saturday April 1st at 5pm attend indoor and outdoor obstacle course racing specific training sessions including skills and technique, hill runs at Cronulla dunes and national park trail running. The sessions will focus on specific strength and skill development for obstacle course racing. Each training session is between 60 to 90 minutes in duration. Please refer to the table for training dates, time and location. Can't make one of the dates? No to worry just indicate on the Facebook event listing and we will buddy you up for small group catch up
As this is the ultimate goal, we encourage you all to set aside the date, Saturday 6th May. It isn’t compulsory to do the race but we highly encourage it so you have an end goal in sight. You will need to register yourself to compete in the Spartan Sprint Sydney! Importantly, please register under the Team Name: BodiFit OCR Challenge and in the correct wave time.
