30 MINUTE WORKOUT - We offer a complete 30 minute workout and weight management program. Our Facility also features the most advanced fitness technology in the world Curvessmart...this personal Coaching System ensures maximum benefits based on your specific fitness level. WEIGHT LOSS - We have a NEW Nutrition Program on the way! It involves Healthy Eating Plans, Exercise and Motivation to help you reach your goals! This includes one on one Weekly Coaching Sessions. We have the most researched weight management plan in the World. HYDRAULIC MACHINES - Concentric movement means you will be working the opposing muscle groups at the same time. You can workout at your own pace. Our workout targets all the major muscle groups in the body. CLASSES - As well as the Curves 30 minute Circuit we also offer Piloxing, Yoga, Cardio Boxing, Step, Power Half Hour, Dance Fitness, Zumba, Dance and Tone, Balance and Body Basic Circuits that target legs, arms and core. AWARDS - Curves Sutherland achieved Shining Star Status in November 2010...this is an International Award that represents outstanding quality and service and it means Curves Sutherland is now recognised as one of the best of the best in the World :-) We have also received Awards for "the strongest Membership" and the " Curves Complete Club of the Year". Myzone is a wearable, heart rate-based fitness tracking and motivation platform that measures your exercise effort rather than your athletic ability.

How It Works

• Heart Rate Zones: It uses color-coded zones (gray, blue, green, yellow, and red) to show how hard your heart is working relative to your maximum heart rate.
