STRIVE SESSIONS ARE BACK FOR 2026! πŸŽ‰

We hope everyone enjoyed the Christmas and New Year break and had some time to relax and recharge

We’re excited to kick off another year of Strive sessions and welcome everyone back.

Check out the timetable below for session days and times. Please note that our Monday evening session has a new start time of 6.30pm.

All sessions are located at Loftus Netball Courts, $10 per session pay as you go.

Strive Boxing Session- Get your heart pumping and burn calories with our high-energy boxing sessions. Join us for an intense and fun-filled workout that will challenge your body and leave you feeling energised.

Ladies Strength Session - This session is specifically designed for women, and focuses on building strength and improving overall fitness. With a supportive group of like-minded women, you'll feel empowered and motivated to reach your goals.

Teen Strive Session (Active Kids Approved) - Get your kids moving and active with our Teen Strive Session! Our sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, while also helping kids build strength, increase endurance, and improve overall fitness.

Strive is back for 2022!

I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday break and is ready to get back into training.

Sessions resume on Monday (17th January). We will be posting our January timetable shortly, so stay tuned.

Our teen sessions will resume when school starts back, I will be in contact with parents regarding our return date soon.

Our "Ladies Strength Session" is here and will be starting next week!

The popular request to exclude running from this session has been granted. We will instead be combining strength and resistance training along with balance exercises and gentle stretches. All of which will strengthen your body and improve your overall health.

As of this week (Monday 13th September), Strive sessions are back in action! Due to government restrictions, sessions are limited to 4 fully vaccinated people.

Due to the latest NSW government restrictions that come into effect from 5pm today, all Strive Group Fitness sessions will be cancelled effective immediately until further notice.

To help keep everyone fit and motivated during this lockdown period, there will be a range of at home workouts posted. So be sure to keep an eye out.
