Krav Maga comes from the Hebrew "Contact Combat", it was created in the 1940's by the Israeli army to provide both civilians and military with the most effective self-defence training program. Classes are designed to teach practical and logical moves to students in order to help them develop quickly a high proficiency level of self-defence. At KMDI, we offer the best form of defence against variou

s real-life threats such as common grabs, strikes, chokes and against those fighting with weapons (sticks, knifes) and fi****ms. Krav Maga training at KMDI is a great way to stay in shape thanks to our high-intensity classes combining series of kicks, punches and the use of boxing bags and gloves. Our students have utilized it for weight loss, fitness, personal safety and empowerment.

At KMDI we don’t train fighters looking for conflict, and we don’t train people to fight for ego.

We train people to recognise danger early, de-escalate when possible, and get home safely. We train awareness. Decision-making. The ability to walk away — or act when there’s no other option.

Peace isn’t weakness.

Peace is discipline.

Most people want confidence.
Few are willing to confront what it actually means.
