The vast majority of people on the planet over the age of 12 would know their body feels better when they exercise.
But why in our later years, do we stop exercising?
We know we’ll feel better if we do!
Maybe it’s because an older body doesn’t spark back as quick as it did in our early years.
Maybe it’s because of tiredness!
Could it be the way we exercised when we were young just doesn’t cut it when we’re older!
Hence one of my favourite sayings is…
Stop using your breath to strengthen your muscle.
Start using your muscle to strengthen your breath!
For instance finding the passion for those hand weights that have been resting up against the wall or in the closet for too long using the 3-STEP!
It changes the whole concept of why we do need to exerise our body.
It's all about the breath and not the weight you're lifting!
