Ready to put yourself first? 💙❤️

We're excited to share that Daughters of the West is returning to Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre this year!

This FREE 10-week program, supports women aged 18+ to improve their mental and physical wellbeing in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Each week you'll enjoy:
✅ Group fitness sessions with expert support
✅ Health and wellbeing workshops
✅ A chance to build confidence and practical skills
✅ Meaningful connections with like-minded women in your community

📅 When: Wednesdays, 6:30pm–8:30pm, 12 August – 14 October

AFDO is seeking expressions of interest for Healthy Futures, a new community wellbeing project for young people with disability aged 5 to 25 and their families in Brimbank, Victoria.
Healthy Futures will support young people with disability to take part in inclusive sport, recreation, healthy food activities and social connection opportunities in their local community.
Activities may include:
🏀 Wheelchair basketball
🚲 Accessible cycling
💃 Inclusive dance
🥗 Healthy food and nutrition activities
🌱 Gardening and cooking demonstrations
Young people and families will also help shape the project through co-design workshops.

Variety Abilities Unleashed Kids is hosting a range of fun, free and inclusive sports, modified and adapted to suit all needs and abilities.

⚽ All Abilities Football is coming to Taylors Lakes! ⚽

We’re excited to share an inclusive football opportunity for young people living with disability in our community.

In partnership with Special Olympics Australia, Melbourne Victory FC is delivering an All Abilities Football Centre in Taylors Lakes this Term 2. The program offers a safe, fun and welcoming environment where participants can enjoy football, build skills, make friends and feel included.

✅ Who:
• Grade 1–6
• Grade 7–12

📍 Where:
Overnewton Community College, Robertson Road, Taylors Lakes

🕘 When:
Saturdays | 9:30am – 10:20am
8-week program: 8 May – 26 June

💲 Cost:
Introductory pricing – $10 per session or $50 for the full block
This is a fantastic opportunity for young people who may not always have access to inclusive sporting programs. Families and carers are encouraged to register and share this with others who may benefit.

Delivered in partnership with Melbourne Victory FC, this school holiday program will bring young people together to enjoy soccer drills and mini games while having fun and making new friends.

📅 Thursday 25 September 2025
Session A: 10am - 12pm (age 5-11 years mixed)
Session B: 12:00pm - 2:00pm (age 12-18 years mixed)
Session C: 12:00pm - 2:00pm (age 12-18 years - women only)

🥪 Lunch: 12:30pm
