There’s some exciting work happening behind the scenes at BPTC!

We’re currently pursuing funding for an LED lighting upgrade at the courts at Buderim Mountain State School.

The facility is owned by BMSS and, outside school hours, is used by a range of community users.

While Buderim Pickleball & Tennis Club, Inc. is one of the community groups that uses the facility, it’s also used outside of school hours by other great community groups and local providers including Petrie's Pickleball Club Buderim., Maty’s tennis coaching, Buderim Firebirds Netball Club Inc as well as local Buderim residents for casual tennis and pickleball bookings.

The proposed LED lighting upgrade project would be a great improvement for everyone using the facility — providing better lighting, improved energy efficiency and greater opportunities to make better use of the courts.

JOIN THE BPTC COMMITTEE IN 2027

Help shape the next chapter.

As we look ahead to our AGM (more details coming soon), we’re inviting Expressions of Interest for the 2027 BPTC Management Committee.

All committee positions are elected at the AGM and we’re hoping to build a team of 5 people for the year ahead:

👉 President | Secretary | Treasurer | Club Programs | Communications

You don’t need previous committee experience, or to already be heavily involved with the Club. We’re keen to hear from BPTC members and people from the wider Buderim community who have skills, ideas or enthusiasm to contribute.

A lovely bit of recognition for BPTC’s 2026 management committee volunteers - Kate, Caroline and Claire - for the time put in to establish and grow BPTC this year 💙

A big thank you to Brent Mickelberg MP and the Buderim War Memorial Community Association for recognising the contribution of local volunteers through the Buderim Volunteer Awards.

BPTC is still a young club and an enormous amount of work has happened behind the scenes to get us to where we are today. A huge thank you to our committee and everyone who has volunteered their time and helped along the way. 🙌

And perhaps you could be part of what comes next?
