It’s HERE!

For the last few months I’ve been working on a secret little project with the brilliant and super talented Kylie on creating a brand that reflects who we are and what we do. We came up with a logo that represents community, inclusivity, the heart, the mind and the body and we absolutely LOVE it. We hope that you love it too!

Kylie, thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting so much passion, thought and care into this project, my third child! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you on this before you move on to your exiting new venture 🙏🏻

Where we move, where we heal and where we laugh 🤍

It has been a very busy few weeks in the studio, and in life in general, but today I stopped and took a moment to appreciate everything about this beautiful space. All the people that come and go every day, the smiles, the conversations, the connections and the friendships that are built here. It’s a little bit spesh 🖤

Looking at this photo you wouldn’t even think that this amazing woman has scoliosis. Her ability to navigate her way into this seated posture and breathe for a just a few moments, takes enormous effort; something most of us take completely for granted. It’s taken years for her to get here and she’s developed such a responsive, strong and resilient body (and mind!) 🤍

THIS right here is what I love most about what I get to do all day. Helping others to make a difference in their own lives through intelligent movement and helping them to see beyond what ever ‘diagnosis’ they’ve been labelled with. Once they start to let go of the limiting thoughts, ideas and beliefs around their ‘condition’ everything starts to change and that’s where the true magic happens 💫⭐️💫

Pregnancy….

I often get asked by pregnant women if we run prenatal reformer classes…and we don’t. Our studio is small enough that we can look after the needs of our pregnant clients whilst they AND the rest of the class get a really good work out!

It has been such a privilege being able to work with this amazing mama who is 33 weeks pregnant with twin boys 💙💙 since the very beginning of her pregnancy. What a rockstar!
