Like so many of our members, Kim wears a lot of hats... business owner, mum, and somehow still finding time to prioritise herself.

What she loves most about is the flexibility.

Whether it’s an early morning session before the day begins, a quick lunchtime reset, or an evening workout after everything else is done, she can move when it works for her.
