🔥 Age is just a number, but intensity is a choice!

At 67, I'm still crushing my workouts and inspiring others to do the same. 💪

Ever heard someone say, "I'm too old for that"? Well, I'm here to prove them wrong! 🚫👴

My philosophy is simple:

If I could do it yesterday, I can do it today.
If I can do it today, I'll do it tomorrow.
The best I can do NOW is what matters most.

Sure, my strength might not be what it used to be, but my intensity?
