This week’s Home Play Challenge is all about building confidence with your forehand.

🔵 Level 2

🎾 How many forehands can you rally in a row?
Grab a partner or use a wall!

Challenge Rules:
✅ Forehands only
✅ One bounce between each shot

While you’re playing, remember our forehand checkpoints:

🐶 Pat the Puppy – create a low-to-high swing path
⌚ Listen to Your Watch – finish your follow-through

🎾🌟 Hot Shots Focus of the Week! 🌟🎾

This week our Junior Hot Shots players are working on one of the most important strokes in tennis—the forehand! 💪🎾

Our technical focus is:
✅ Correct forehand grip
🐶 “Pat the Puppy” to help create a low-to-high swing path
⌚ “Listen to Your Watch” to encourage a smooth follow-through and great finish

Alongside our tennis skills, we’re continuing to develop great people as well as great players.

💙 This week’s Psycho/Social Challenge: Playing with Grace

Playing with grace means showing respect for your opponent, celebrating with humility, staying positive when things don’t go your way, and always competing with kindness and integrity.

🏆🎾 Currimundi Cup – Week 1 Update 🎾🏆

What a fantastic way to kick off the new season of the Currimundi Cup! 🙌

Week 1 delivered everything we love about Sunday night tennis, awesome rallies, lightning-fast reflexes, great teamwork, and plenty of laughs! 🔥👏

It was fantastic to see everyone back on court competing hard while enjoying the friendly atmosphere that makes the Currimundi Cup so much fun.

A huge thank you to everyone for bringing such great energy to the opening round. We can't wait to see what next week has in store!

🎾🌟 My Tennis Coach – Players of the Week! 🌟🎾

At My Tennis Coach, we're passionate about helping our players become great people as well as great tennis players.

Each week our Junior Hot Shots groups take on a new challenge to develop their technical, tactical, mental and social skills. This week's focus was Continental Grip on the Serve and Honesty. 🔨🎾

Our Players of the Week are voted on by both the coaches and their teammates, recognising those who committed to practising their continental grip, demonstrated honesty throughout their lessons, showed great effort and lived our My Tennis Coach values.

Each winner receives a ribbon, earning an entry into our end-of-term prize draw.
