When pressure fails to shift early into the trail side during the backswing, sequencing through transition can break down—forcing compensations through impact to create speed and get back behind the ball.
That often leads to inconsistent strike, face control issues and unnecessary stress through the lower back.
First session we cleaned up the pressure shift and sequencing patterns, allowing speed to be created more efficiently with a centred strike and better movement through impact.
Cleaner movement. Better delivery. More repeatable golf swing.
Now it’s about building the reps and transferring it to the course.
