Helping players of all abilities build skills, confidence & love for the game! From elite pathways to grassroots, my mission has always been the same: to make football a game that everyone can enjoy, access, and thrive in. I h
old an A Licence and bring decades of experience coaching across the UK and Australia. Over the years, I’ve delivered programs for schools, clubs, and community groups, always placing player development, resilience, and fun at the heart of every session. Whether I’m coaching a junior starting out in MiniRoos or guiding a teenager in a tailored Individual Development Programme, I believe football is a powerful tool for learning skills that go far beyond the field. Alongside technical coaching, I have a strong passion for inclusive and disability football. With years of hands-on experience in the disability sector, I’ve built programs that create safe, engaging environments for neurodiverse children, young people with physical disabilities, and families looking for opportunities beyond traditional sport. I’m proud to run All Abilities Football programs that are designed around acceptance, encouragement, and genuine community connection. Through initiatives such as Kicks 1on1 and Mini Kicks Football, I deliver both personalised small-group training and early learning programs. These sessions focus not only on football skills, but also on fine motor development, teamwork, balance, and confidence building — ensuring that every child, regardless of their ability or background, has the chance to grow through sport. I’ve also been an approved provider with the Sporting Schools Program for over four years, partnering with schools across Queensland to introduce thousands of children to football for the first time. These programs are tailored to age and ability, aligning with national curriculum goals while staying rooted in fun and play. At the community level, I work closely with local clubs, councils, and organisations to champion inclusive football facilities and opportunities. From advocating for accessible, all-weather pitches to helping design pathways for disadvantaged groups, I believe in football as a force for unity and social good. Above all, my work is driven by one belief: football is more than a sport — it’s a community. Every player deserves the chance to belong, to play, and to experience the joy of the game. Whether it’s guiding future stars, supporting schools, or championing inclusive programs, I’m committed to building spaces where football truly is for everyone.
