Once I have completed cert 3&4 I will then do a Metafit course .

I Have just started studying Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness to gain a pathway to becoming a Metafit Coach. I love HIIT sessions. I love sweating it out. I am a Mum of 3 under 4 and I need Fitness in my life to keep me sane. I'm not the Fittest or the smartest but I'll get through it! Fit College - www.fitcollege.edu.au

Here is a quick and easy workout you can do at home πŸ’ͺ

10 Push Ups
20 Burpees
30 Squats
40 Mtn Climbers
50 Jumping Jack's

Repeat x 3

Choc Bliss Balls

Ingredients-
1 cup raw cashew nuts
15-20 Medjool dates
2 tblsp coconut oil
2 tblsp cacao powder
Shredded Coconut for coating

Directions-
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until combined and finely chopped.
Roll into balls and coat with coconut and refrigerate.
*Medjool dates are found in the fruit and vege section of the supermarket. Don’t forget to de-seed them first. Enjoy
