What an epic 24hours that was.

We did lots in the 24hours, we worked out, we watched movies, we ate a lot, we talked a lot and we played lots of games.

There is so much to unpack about this event and so many thank you’s to do which I’ll do in the coming days.

But for now, huge thank you to all my amazing clients + friends + and crew who supported and Cardio’ed with me.

We raised $5355 for and more than doubled our goal so to everyone who donated THANK YOU!

What a community we have and I’m so thankful I get to be part of it.

I don’t want to see a rower for at least another week though 🤣

24 hours later, over $5000 raised for and a lot of very tired bodies!

Thank you to everyone who was involved in helping Alanna get over double her target of $2000.

A special acknowledgement goes to .coach who not only battled and defeated cancer 5 years ago but has now gone on to raise a beautiful family, inspire and support people in their own health and fitness journeys AND give back to the charity who gave so much to her and many more in what will likely be the most difficult time in their lives.

Let's do it again next year!
