I posted my struggle with the tendon stretch last week on the Wunda Chair,
I have a list of exercises I really want to achieve with ease, The single leg tendon stretch on the Wunda is one of those. Before I can do single I need to be able to perform a strong tendon stretch.
This is where the system gets applied.
I have the range (flexibility) of movement in my body but I do not have enough power.
My system is focusing on building power within my stomach and hips to get the lift desired.
So here I show you the spine stretch and the low teaser on the Wunda, both still challenging for me, I back it up with standing pumping series on the Electric (High) Chair and I add the advanced leg spring series on the Cadillac.
Someone who has the power but not enough range of movement will have to work a different system that involves developing the range, perhaps involving the tower and monkey on the Cadillac.
The system is always personal to the individual needs, They are very rarely the same from one person to another, hence the reason why the original work of Pilates was all one on one and self practice, this is how you get effective results and quickly.
One spring on top for both, it’s a strong spring to work with.
