Coach Orono teaching our fighters the Wai Kru 🙏

The Wai Kru is a traditional pre-fight ritual performed before a Muay Thai fight. It’s a way of paying respect to your coaches, your family, your ancestors, and to Muay Thai itself.

It’s not choreography. It’s not for show. It’s a display of gratitude, and a way to mentally focus before a fight.

It’s discipline.
It’s tradition.
It’s part of what makes Muay Thai different from most other sports.

New Saturday Class Added 🥊

We’re adding a Saturday Muay Thai session to the timetable.

🕗 8am–10am
👊 All levels welcome

Starting this Saturday, Orono will be leading a traditional Thai-style class at Revolution!

With experience from 400+ fights, Orono brings a depth of knowledge and authentic Thai training that’s hard to find. If you’ve ever wondered what training in a Thai gym feels like, this is about as close as it gets without leaving the Sunshine Coast.

Open to all gyms.
No cost.
Just good rounds with good people.

If you’ve been training a while and want to test yourself, sharpen your skills, or get rounds with new partners, come down and jump in.

Just bring a respectful attitude and control. We keep it technical, safe, and productive for everyone on the mat.
