The one who used to be properly fit

Played sport, & trained for something

had a body that just worked because you were always moving

no stiff joints or the ever increasing waist line to worry about

then life happened

Work, kids, two jobs, zero time

and somewhere in there the fit version of you disappeared

you’ve spent a few years now telling yourself you’ll get round to it

You don’t need someone to scream at you on a Monday

you don’t need guilt shaming

You’re a grown adult, you know how busy you are, you don’t need lecturing about it

but you do need someone who’ll talk to you straight

Who cares more about you running up the stairs at 55 than your abs by July

Who’ll tell you the truth and then actually hold you to it

and if you do want the abs, I know exactly what that takes and won’t pretend otherwise

but it’s gonna be the right way, not the other way

I am very confident in saying you’ve never sat there at home one night

3 weeks before you’re holiday

and said to your partner

“F*ck, the reason I’m not in shape is because I didn’t sweat enough at the gym this last month”

Or

“Yeah, I could have been in shape now but I didn’t know what macros to have the last 8 weeks..”

Most of the time it isn’t information

It’s unlocking what you already have inside you

the confidence to keep goin when the scale doesn’t budge

The drive and fire in your stomach to really train

not just hope one day the muscle turns up

Someone to show you that it’s ok to do some hippy s**t

to calm down

practise meditation

pick up a book and read something meaningful

There’s a reason all of these people get into great shape and it isn’t because I tell them exactly what macros to hit and they do it to a T

I do coach nutrition

but I do it the same way I coach training

and the same way I work with people to see what they’re capable of when they finally stop just hoping for the best

if you want info there’s plenty of it

If you want real results that stick

I genuinely have 2 spaces left to fill for June, I’d grab one before someone else beats you to it
