Hey fellas the JD elite performance is officially starting our 6 week Rugby League development & performance group training.

Location: Sportsground Pde, top field

When: Every Monday (feb 14th, feb 21st, feb 28th, march 7th, march 14th, march 21st)

Time: 4-5pm

Price: $10 per session

Online All Sports Programs
We are also introducing an 8-week all sports strength program for those who either do or do not have gym access, this program will cost $40. The second online program we will offer will be the 8-week complete running program which focusses on endurance, agility and speed, this program is also priced at $40. The last online program we will offer is the 10-week complete athlete package, which combines the previous two programs and includes recovery sessions for those who wish to maximally improve their sporting performance, this program will be priced at $60.

Saturday 1on1 AFL Sessions
Saturday all day Jai from JD Elite Performance will be holding 1on1 sessions for $40 a session or 3 sessions for $100. These sessions will be at Coolum High School and go for roughly an hour and a catered to the goals and needs of our players so they can improve their overall AFL performance. Players will be asked to fill out a free consultation form, of which Jai will base the program off. These sessions are structured very similarly to sessions done by the Carlton Football Club, so our young athletes get exposure to training styles seen in elite programs.

Wednesday Arvo AFL Sessions
Our Wednesday arvo AFL sessions will focus on improving athletic development, honing skills and perfecting technique, as well as including game scenarios and decision-making drills. These sessions will not be too intense as most players will already be training two days a week with their local club, however it’s the perfect session to add into your week if you are serious about maximally improving everything AFL heading into the 2022 season.

Sessions will be held at Coolum High School, from 4pm to 5pm. If we get strong numbers, we will break the age groups up and have two Wednesday sessions, which we are currently taking expressions of interest for.

Big things Ahead in 2022

With the AFL season fast approaching us, the JD Elite Performance boys have decided to tinker their program to help enhance all our young athletes heading into 2022.

At this stage will be running just one group AFL session on a Wednesday afternoon.

We are introducing 1on1 AFL training on Friday afternoons and all-day Saturday

We are also introducing 1on1 or(small groups) rugby league training on Friday afternoons*

We are also adding online strength, running and complete athletic performance programs

Your coaches are qualified trainers with one of the coaches spending a year at Carlton college training with Carlton players and getting coached professionally by the Carlton coaches, both coaches have completed multiple certificates to give them the ability to coach the kids at a elite level.
