A perfect result in KA3 Senior with the win, backed up by a strong second place finish in Tag Restricted Light.

Queensland State Championships! 🏁

Qualifying: P2
Heat 1: 2nd ➡️ 4th
Heat 2: 2nd ➡️ 3rd
Heat 3: 3rd ➡️ 2nd
Heat 4: 3rd ➡️ 4th
Final: Started P3 ➡️ Sent to the back (P21) ➡️ Finished P8

The results don’t tell the whole story.

We had the pace all weekend, broke the lap record, and were the fastest kart on track for much of the final. Unfortunately, after being sent from 3rd after the first corner to the back of the field (P21), Jye put his head down and charged through the pack to finish an incredible 8th.

While it’s not the finish we hoped for, we’re proud of the speed, determination and never-give-up attitude shown all weekend. We’ll take the positives, learn from it, and come back even stronger.

🏁 AKC Round 3 – Townsville Kart Club

A weekend of highs and lows for Jye at the Australian Kart Championship.
Out of a field of 42 drivers, Jye qualified 11th and showed great speed throughout the heats, including a strong 3rd-place finish in Heat 2.

Unfortunately, after starting the final from P10, a mechanical issue ended our chances and dropped us back to 24th.

While the result wasn’t what we were hoping for, the pace was there, and that’s something to build on. Huge thanks to everyone who continues to support Jye on this journey.
