As the begins to come to life, we want to give you a sneak peek into what we are all about.

Presenting our pride and joy…The Aqua Bag!! These bad boys are the bees knees in boxing fitness. Filled with water, they are low impact and high in kinetic shock absorption, which allows for less stress on the body.

This is the magic that sets us apart from the rest. Low impact, less injuries, less stress on the body.

Other fitness classes offer boxing with a mis-matched partner and little attention dedicated to technique and form. This is a recipe for injury.

Here in the Fitness hub we rehab a large number of previous injured clients from this exact situation.

This is why we wanted to bring you a better version. A boxing class that is dedicated to enjoying the vast health benefits of boxing without the stress on your body.

In our classes you have your own aqua bag for the entire class.You move at your own speed and intensity. There is no mis-matched partners, just you enjoying your time in your body.

The studio flooring is super shock absorbent rubber. The flooring is super important in protecting the body and reducing the shock absorption on your joints.

Our studio is also perfectly climate controlled for your comfort. Allowing you to get the most out of your workout, anytime of day, all year round.

We couldn’t be more excited and proud for The Maleny Rumble Room to open!!!

We hear people say all the time that they don’t have time to make a nutrient dense breakfast that will leave them satisfied throughout the day.

Most of the time I eat leftovers from dinner for breakfast. Often cold. I don’t really care.

This mornings Brekky took literally 6 mins to whip up! One pan, one bowl, one knife, one fork.

Mushies, broccoli, cauliflower (all The wilted veg about to turn in my fridge) S&P cooked in a beef lard and butter.
Chuck in 2 eggs (or 3, or 4), parsley, basil.
Serve with rocket and ACV.

Fats ☑️
Protein ☑️
Something green ☑️

Eat more, not less. Don’t overthink it.
It’s not as time consuming as you think when you make it a priority.
