As part of Fit week, everyone is invited for a fun run today, Thursday October 24th 5pm. Meeting point - goodwill bridge on South Bank side. I will be giving running tips.

And remember, anytime you train or do an activity that is part of Fit week, put your name down to enter in the ballot for a years membership!!!

It was my first race and I absolutely loved it. Personal best - 10km in 45mins 36secs!

Unfortunately we will have to reschedule our outdoor group session for this weekend, February 2nd to next weekend, February 9th, as a lot of people that are interested cannot make it this weekend.

For those who didn't make it to our free event 2 weeks ago, the package rates are outlined below.
Cost: Package rates- 99 for 5 sessions; 149 for 10 sessions.
