Best of luck F***y!🙌

Yesterday we celebrated F***y and her incredible journey with Eternal Strength Fitness 💜

For over 12 months, F***y has been consistently showing up, working hard and embracing every challenge that came her way.😀

It has been amazing to watch your progress throughout the past year — building strength💪, learning new movement patterns such as 🏋‍♀️squats, bench presses and deadlifts, and seeing your confidence grow with every session😍

One of the most rewarding🙏 parts of coaching is watching😍 clients discover just how capable they really are, and you've certainly done that.

Beyond your training, you have also been a wonderful supporter of our fitness community.

From attending our social events to joining myself and five of our PT clients at the 2025 Rotary and Small Business Awards🏆 Dinner, you've always been willing to get involved and support our journey.

From both Jason and I, thank you for your loyalty, encouragement and support over the past year. We are incredibly grateful to have been part of your fitness journey.🙏

While we're sad to see you leave at this time, we are also excited for the next chapter of your journey and wish you nothing but success, happiness and good health moving forward.

Coach Alana here-
I am so stoked that I crossed that finish line today! 🥳🙌

I hit a new PB on the 16km mark compared with during training last week, which was a nice surprise.😄

I finished my first half Marathon in 2hrs 37mins 26 secs🥳🎉

I am also over the moon, that i managed to raise $450.30🙌 for the Cure Cancer foundation charity for this race.
Thank🙏 you again to everyone who donated.

I would also like to congratulate my PT client and friend Simone Elizabeth Tracey for completing this challenging race 🏃🏼‍♀️ with me.

Simone didn't give up training for it despite multiple struggles & during the race she had hip pain at 6km mark but kept pushing until the end 👏🎉

Congratulations to the both of us we have earnt a stiff drink post race🍻🥃😂

Half marathon ready🙌 Brisbane Marathon Festival
I have registered and collected my race number! Its now getting very real🙌😀

If anyone would like to track me running tomorrow, my race starts at 6am.

you can track me by downloading the app called "multisport".

Under upcoming events, Then select the brisbane marathon event.

Then search my race number 8853.

This will be a live tracker for my race.

Coach Alana here, for those who didnt know. I have been prepping for the past x12 weeks to race in my first half marathon race🏃🏼‍♀️
This will be the longest distance I have ever ran. It also hasnt been an easy prep with x2 and half weeks of sickness in the mix.

I completed my final short run🏃🏼‍♀️ today✅️ before the half marathon race day this sunday!!😀🙌

The Brisbane marathon festival is supporting the Cure Cancer Australia foundation and I am raising money for this charity also.

A huge congratulations🎉 to F***y on achieving her 150th workout milestone yesterday 👏

150 workouts in just 13 months 💜
F***y is over 60 & has consistently shown up for her PT strength training sessions 3 times per week with coach Alana —proving that it is never too late to prioritise your health🦴🍎 and strength🏋‍♀️

Recently, F***y was diagnosed with osteoporosis🦴 For many people, that diagnosis can feel overwhelming and frightening.

But instead of giving up, she chose to keep moving forward.

Strength🏋‍♀️ training plays such an important role when managing osteoporosis🦴

It helps improve bone🦴 strength, maintain muscle mass💪 support balance🤸‍♀️ and stability, and reduce the risk of falls👩‍🦽🦴 and fractures as we age.

And F***y has fully committed to that process👏

Week after week, she continues to show up, work hard and build strength safely and consistently.

150 workouts is more than just a number, It represents resilience & commitment.
And choosing long-term health and independence.

800 workouts milestone 😍🎉🎉🎉

What an incredible milestone achieved today by Kerri 💜

Since November 2021, Kerri has consistently shown up for her early morning PT sessions — training with coach Alana, 3 days per week.

Over the years, she has faced multiple health and injury challenges that could have easily stopped her.

But she never gave up.

She adapted.
She stayed consistent.
And she kept showing up.

Not only has Kerri achieved her 800th workout milestone, but she has also achieved some incredible results along the way: 🔥 11.2kg lost
🔥 34cm lost in total girth measurements

Most importantly, she has become significantly stronger in everyday life.

Kerri works as a librarian📚 and strength training has helped her better manage the physical demands of her job and daily tasks within the library. Outside of work, she’s also built the strength and confidence to lift heavy bales of sugar cane while gardening at home 💪

This is what real progress looks like.

Not quick fixes.
Not perfection.
But long-term consistency, resilience and building strength that improves your quality of life.

I’m so proud of everything you’ve achieved, Kerri. You are proof that strength is built one workout at a time 💜
