Everyday may not be PERFECT, but everyday has a purpose ❤️

No matter how many days may be bad, or just not as good as they could have been, there is ALWAYS something good in every single day, some purpose to be grateful for and to appreciate 🙏.

It may be something as simple as waking up to see the sun rise 🌄 ..
.Or it may be something as amazing as being able to walk out in nature..or watching the leaves fall 🍁 in Autumn…
. Or perhaps it’s seeing the smile of a friend or laughing on the phone with someone you haven’t talked to in a while.

There is something good in every day. It’s just our job to recognize that and be grateful for that & appreciate its significance in our date.

Life is what you make if it, so make it COUNT, make it MEMORABLE and don’t let anyone steal your HAPPINESS ✨

Happy Sunday peeps ☀️

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on this platform..I’ve been busy teaching lots of Group Fitness (arrrgh coming up to 18 classes a week in the next week for a couple of weeks) ..

& I have also been concentrating more with my Styling page () quite a bit too!!

Today I’m grateful for a complete day off!!! I love Sundays for that…to recharge, reset & REST!!

I literally just take Skylar for a walk and that’s it!

So remember to take time for yourself! I know what it’s like to go go go and then burn out 🥵

The physical and mental health benefits from taking time off is beneficial and it lowers stress, you’ll have a better outlook on life, and more motivation to achieve goals.

Here are some tips on what to do on your day off to recharge:

- move your body 🏃🏼‍♀️

- respect your way of recharging 🤔

- eat lots of green veggies 🥬

- hydrate hydrate 💦

- meditate, yoga or breathe work 🧘🏻‍♀️

Here are some some tips to keep you motivated ..

🍃 Bring your Workout Indoors - regardless of the weather, get that blood pumping and endorphins rolling so you feel WAY more motivated than if you didn’t!

🍃 Workout outside Anyway - sometimes working out in the rain ☔️ is the perfect way to stay motivated on a rainy day. You may be surprised by how refreshed and energized you feel afterward 👏

🍃Fuel Up - Getting adequate fuel is essential for staying motivated. This means being on top of your eating 🍲 and making sure you are getting ENOUGH to eat (and that it’s good brain food!)

Frances dedication, mindset and attitude to her food, scales & training has shifted 360deg.

Frances is a changed woman and I couldn’t be more proud of her.

Frances has lost more than a 8 kilos in total since starting these challenges.

Her body shape has changed and her confidence has soared!!

It has been delightful to be a part of her journey and witness her grow into a strong, determined confident woman.
