Club Sunbury is seeking an experienced 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 to manage and maintain its two lawn bowling greens to a high standard.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity, with such positions only becoming available on very few occasions. If you’re passionate about turf care and high‑quality playing surfaces, this is a fantastic chance to step into a valued and long‑standing role within our club community.

𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡:
✅ Experience in turf or sports surface maintenance
✅ The ability to deliver high‑quality greens
✅ Their own Public Liability insurance

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
Regular mowing & rolling • Turf health management & fertilising • W**d & pest control • Irrigation monitoring (recycled & potable water onsite) • Seasonal renovations & turf repairs • Line marking • General green presentation & upkeep

Junior BPL update after the first three rounds 2 wins and a narrow loss in a tiebreak see our team second on the ladder in their section, they play two more games tomorrow to decide who goes through to the final which will be live streamed by bowl Australia.

They also got to spend some time in the corporate box and run out with the senior team, got some signatures an ice cream and some free drinks as well as watch some great bowls being put down.
