PB BLOCK - WEEK 9️⃣

MONDAY - STRENGTH (LB) + TESTING 🍑
It’s Back Squat testing day. Time to chase a new 5RM and see how far you’ve come. Normal class will still run alongside testing, so whether you’re testing or training, it’s going to be a great session.

TUESDAY - SUMMIT 💜
A longer aerobic challenge that rewards smart pacing, efficient movement and a strong engine.
Settle in, find your rhythm and finish strong.

WEDNESDAY - STRENGTH (UB) + TESTING 🏋🏻‍♂️
It’s Bench Press testing day! Another chance to hit a new 5RM and put all your hard work on display.
Normal class will run alongside testing, so everyone can get involved.

THURSDAY - CARDIO HIIT 🥵
Target-driven efforts, fast transitions and plenty of opportunities to push the pace. Bring your competitive side.

FRIDAY - BALANCED 🧘🏼‍♂️
Longer work periods, more time under tension and a chance to reinforce all the mobility, stability and control that’s supported your progress over the last 9 weeks.

SATURDAY - POWER ⚡️
We finish the block with our biggest Power session yet.
Hang Cleans, KB Snatches and explosive movements that challenge speed, coordination and athleticism. The pertect way to close out the block.

PB BLOCK - WEEK 8️⃣

MONDAY - POWER 💥
More advanced explosive movements this week with Hang Cleans and KB Snatches. Focus on speed, timing and technique as we continue building power and athleticism.

TUESDAY - CARDIO SUMMIT 💜
A deload conditioning session. Lower intensity,
controlled pacing and quality movement. The goal is to stay sharp without accumulating unnecessary fatigue before testing.

WEDNESDAY- HYPER (UB) 💪🏼
A technical upper body session focused on control, stability and movement quality
Think precision over punishment as we dial in pressing mechanics and shoulder strength.

THURSDAY - CARDIO U (HIIT) 🥵
One final cardio challenge! Expect deliberate
changes in intensity, big efforts above 90% and opportunities to show off the engine you’ve built over the last 8 weeks.

FRIDAY - STRENGTH (LB) 🍑
Refinement before testing. Moderate loads, perfect reps and a chance to lock in your squat mechanics and lifting confidence before next week’s strength benchmarks.

SATURDAY - MAS RE-TESTING 🏃🏻‍♂️
Time to see the progress! Re-test your SkiErg,
Bike and RowErg MAS scores and compare them to where you started. If you missed the first testing, jump in anyway! It’s the best way to establish your future training targets ✅
