PB BLOCK - WEEK 9️⃣
MONDAY - STRENGTH (LB) + TESTING 🍑
It’s Back Squat testing day. Time to chase a new 5RM and see how far you’ve come. Normal class will still run alongside testing, so whether you’re testing or training, it’s going to be a great session.
TUESDAY - SUMMIT 💜
A longer aerobic challenge that rewards smart pacing, efficient movement and a strong engine.
Settle in, find your rhythm and finish strong.
WEDNESDAY - STRENGTH (UB) + TESTING 🏋🏻♂️
It’s Bench Press testing day! Another chance to hit a new 5RM and put all your hard work on display.
Normal class will run alongside testing, so everyone can get involved.
THURSDAY - CARDIO HIIT 🥵
Target-driven efforts, fast transitions and plenty of opportunities to push the pace. Bring your competitive side.
FRIDAY - BALANCED 🧘🏼♂️
Longer work periods, more time under tension and a chance to reinforce all the mobility, stability and control that’s supported your progress over the last 9 weeks.
SATURDAY - POWER ⚡️
We finish the block with our biggest Power session yet.
Hang Cleans, KB Snatches and explosive movements that challenge speed, coordination and athleticism. The pertect way to close out the block.
