We asked some of our Pilates Plus family: What does your ideal Father's Day look like? 🤎

Some said sleep-ins and strong coffees.
Some said park hangs with the kids.
Some said a quiet reformer flow before the chaos begins.

No "perfect" answer - just love, presence, and maybe a little stretch & double feet in straps! 😉

guiding Pilates, Breathwork, and Yoga practices. Inviting curiosity and exploration into your own body.

After injury, these practices were pivotal to her recovery, and she now understands how transformative they can be!

Outside of the studio, she loves powerlifting, snowboarding, head banging to metal music, and the colour orange 🧡

You’ll find Estelle in the studio taking some cover shifts!

Thank you for your energy, kindness and care you’ve brought to every class and every person that walked through our doors. You’ll be incredibly missed by our team and community, but we’re so excited for your next chapter!

SPRING SPRINT! 🌏

This is our newest 8 week challenge beginning September 1st - October 28th…

Attend classes to move around the map,
1 class =1,000km gained ✈️

The quicker you move the better!

8 total prizes will be drawn at the end & the first people to reach each checkpoint will be eligible to win these 8 prizes.

It is one prize per person so the more checkpoints you reach the more likely you are to win!

Our challenge starts one week from today so ask any questions you may have before then!
