Think Red Line but with a sneaking twist 🙃

You have 5 sets, starting at 60 seconds and decreasing by 10 seconds each round, with only 5 seconds rest between. Use those 5 seconds to shake yourself off in preparation for your next set. But don't worry you get to rest as you move stations, you get a whole 20 seconds! 🤪
