36kg gone and a completely different level of confidence gained 🔥

So proud of Ara and everything she’s achieved on this journey. This transformation wasn’t built through crash diets, quick fixes or impossible routines — it came from consistency, hard work, patience and showing up even on the hard days.

Over time, Ara has lost an incredible 36kg, but the biggest change has been the confidence, strength and mindset she’s built along the way. The physical transformation is amazing, but seeing someone become healthier, happier and believe in themselves again is what it’s really about.
