This weekend it’s your mates birthday 🎂 , next week is your anniversary 🥂, it’s school holidays🌭, hubby cooked a big greasy cheese pasta dish🍝, work bought us pizza🍕, the kids wanted McDonald’s🍟. Off-plan meals will always happen BUT it doesn’t always need to throw you off track!

It’s no one else’s responsibility but yours to follow the plan required to reach your goals. Sometimes this means sacrifice, sometimes it means planning ahead, sometimes it means “I’m just going to enjoy a nice untracked meal tonight and get back on track tomorrow.”

One night won’t destroy all your progress, but if you’re always finding a reason to dine out - you need to know how to work this into your plan🍴

Still here, still moving. 🤍

The gym to me is not therapy (leave that to my actual therapist), but it is routine. It’s structure. It’s something familiar and consistent when everything else feels unpredictable.

I’m grateful for all the years I’ve spent showing up. Not for a certain look or weight, but because now, on the hard days, I’ve built habits that carry me. Autopilot kicks in when motivation doesn’t. Movement, nourishment, connection, they matter most when we feel like doing them the least.
