Time for the long awaited recap!

What an incredible weekend for bowling, highlighted by the inaugural Gunspray Salisbury Open 🎳

A huge congratulations to Liam, who secured an impressive 3rd place, and to Sam Cooley on taking the overall win, with Bernie Grueso Jnr finishing in 2nd.
A big thank-you to the Sims family for making a ranked event in Adelaide, and to all sponsors whose support makes events like this possible.

But the celebrations didn’t end there…
He did it! 🎳🏆

Liam has officially claimed his first ranked event title, winning the 2025 Grand National Youth Eliminator at Caboolture Bowl & Mini Golf.

Across 10 games of qualifying, he delivered an outstanding 234 average, leading the field with confidence. In Stage 2 he slipped to 2nd—just 7 pins behind Justin Dinham—before heading into a nail-biting stepladder final between the two. In an exciting finish, Liam rose to the moment and secured the win.

His dedication, hard work, and resilience continue to shine, and this victory is more than well-deserved.

Congratulations as well to Brianna Walsh on taking out the ladies title, and to all finalists who competed across the weekend.

And now, onto the next chapter — Malaysia awaits! ✈️🇲🇾

Unfortunately, due to Cyclone Alfred, we have decided to temporarily close for the safety of our staff and customers and reopen on Sunday morning at 10am (providing the weather allows us to).
