Exercise of the week!
Heels Elevated Smith Machine Squat.
A great leg exercise to place more emphasis on the quads.

Tips to remember:
- Bar to be across back of the shoulders
- Keep abs tight as you begin to lower into squat
- Weight plates to be shoulder width apart.
- Place heels on the weight plates or a block.
- Position of heels should be in front of the bar
- Inhale at the top of the move
- Keep toes pointing forward
- Exhale as you extend legs back up

Exercise of the week!
Cable glute kickbacks, a full glute exercise targeting the gluteus maximus, medius, minimus.
Tips to remember:
1- Keep straight spine
2- Contract your core muscle throughout
3- Keep slight bend in the knee
4- Extend one leg back and squeeze as you push back
5- Contract and squeeze your glute at top of the move

Tips to remember:
- keep neutral spine, with core tight
- starting position is when all slack is removed from the suspension straps
- The lowest point of the lunge is when you knee just grazes the ground
- Ensure you drive through the heel of your stable foot to return to upright position
