💥💥 The Emu Valley Cricket Association league presentations were held last night and of course some Rams were in the spotlight 💥💥

Emu Valley Cricket Association team of the year -

🏆🏆Matt Dwyer - A stellar year including 3 centuries and a 50+ average with the bat to go along with 10 catches in the field

🏆🏆Jordan Ilsley - huge hitting year with 2 centuries and 3 half centuries along with 16 wickets, Moose was also rewarded for his huge efforts with the W.F Drechsler Champion player award with 159.6 points

A fantastic effort by the lads rewarded as they should!

Proud is an understatement!

Solid bowling performances all round by the Rams restricted the Crows to 236, some unreal fielding and pressure in the field from the lads was unreal to watch.

A huuuge 6fa from the Moose man finishing 6/97 from 19.4 taking the first three and last three wickets of the Crows 😮‍💨🙌

Finals cricket is a different breed and anything can happen from here, be sure to get down today watch em bat and cheer on the boys to a win!

The Rams secured their spot in the semis with a solid win against United on the weekend, greatly set up week one with Bailey Ilsley (50) and David Forde (42) ultimately our total of 268 was out of reach of United’s batting lineup, some superb bowling by Jordan Ilsley (4/69) and Benny Stubbings (3/47) kept it tight leading from the front and bowling them out for 209.

With the semi final this weekend against Spring Gully, a rematch of last years semi which was rained out on day two, the lads look to take revenge against the Crows. BOM says no rain, but we’ll see I guess 🤷‍♂️

Get down and support the Rams! We’d love to see as many people down there as possible to get amongst it!

Another phenomenal innings against the Redbacks by the ever reliable Jordan Moose Ilsley, a massive 156* off just 60 rocks!

Even after the Redbacks put 9 fielders on the fence Moose was clearing the boundary with ease into the backyards of houses nearby wacking 16 sixes and 9 fours….. 132 runs coming from those 25 shots alone 🙌🙌

Moose combined with Hollywood for a 113 run partnership, a measly 15 from that bloke tho, probably cost Moose the double 🤷‍♂️

Not only did Moose smack 156, but also took 4/48 (22) the week before

A solid win on the weekend for A Grade secured our spot in this weekends semi final against Spring Gully @ Spring Gully oval 👌👌 more on that to come shortly!

A quick flashback to round 11 for us, and we congratulate the skipper on his solid outting in the middle, scoring 130 off 157 balls, partnering up with David Forde (72 from 135) together they put on 179 runs and secured us the much needed win against the Redbacks!
Not just the runs was he handy for, but two key catches the week prior!!

This century from the skipper being the third of the season! This bloke is in fine form 😮‍💨

Next up in our wicket takers of late - Chris Friswell

Taking career best figures of 7/37 off 15.5, Frizza plowed through the Cowboys B Grade knocking them off for 181 all out, helping the Rams secure the win 👊👊

Frizza is sitting pretty at 5th in the league for wickets this year and in the top 10 in the champion player stats, the bloke is only getting better with age!

A much loved member of the Rams family, we’re looking forward to seeing what more he can do!

A sensational spell of alleged spin had the cowboys in all sorts, taking 6/47 off 18, the finger needed icing post match once again, not only can the bloke bat, but can bowl - just another player hitting some fine right at the perfect time of year!

Some incredible efforts by the Rams lately with highlights to come over the next few days.

We begin with Aaron Knight taking his career best figures against California Gully in round 9.

5 for 10 off 7 overs to help the Rams take the win, eventually bowling the cobras out for 100 after we put on 267 at Club Court, Aaron earnt himself a call up to A Grade the following week backing up his 5fa with another 3 key wickets!

The lad has hit form lately right at the key time of year!
