The most common thing I hear from women who come to me is “I’ve tried everything and I still can’t lose weight.”
And I get it! Years of putting in solid effort and not seeing it show up in your body composition is frustrating af 😮💨
But after coaching so many women through this, I can tell you it’s rarely an effort problem… It’s a structure problem.
No phased approach. No clear direction. No real understanding of what your body actually needs to shift 5-10kg of fat and keep it off and get strong af in the process!
