Mind the picture quality, a $50 dollar phone will do that..

Its crazy to think everything out of my shed fitted In this one little container. tens of dollars of tools, car parts and wheels all in these four walls. 😅

Id like to give a shoutout to AFS Storage, these guys have been so easy to deal with. being just down the road from home in Strath made getting all my shed bits from the old shed then to the new shed so much easier. their pricing is also very affordable.

if youre looking for local, affordable, secure storage with staff that are more than happy to help when you get stuck at the gate because you forgot your code, deffinatly give these guys a look into.

Being on pump gas at this current point in time does have its downsides. This will hopefully clear things up.

Haisleigh went surprisingly well, only demand was for apple juice and to turn the radio up. not having a radio wrecked that idea but a quick stop at maccas sorted her other issue. She went surprisingly well for a girl with sensitive ears in a 30 odd year old car with no sound deadening. she even enjoyed when I wound the window down to listen to Rhys Pulsar dose by. she also thought his car was pretty cool although she thought it was abit stinky (abit of fuel coming out the exhaust)

Thank you All Japan Day for the opportunity and for all the memories ive had with my old man and Hais has had with hers.

Been nervous to check the emails, but it turns out we made the cut.

We will be seeing everyone for the last ever All Japan Day with the hillclimb car on display. its going to be sad to see in my opinion the best car show around and my favorite way to start the new year off come to an end but sometimes life gets in the way and priorities have to shift.

regardless, I'm stoked to have been a part of previously and have been allowed in once more. Thank you to all the guys who organize this event and if you're not doing anything on the 22nd, come for a squiz.

Now to paint the floors and get some pulsars up in there. maybe even see a few other people's race cars 😅

Massive thank you to Mckenzie Building and Concreting for making this all happen. From the prep to the slab and building the shed these guys have been all over it. The attention to detail and the little touches here and there to make this Best Shed last can't be learned over night. Its handy to be able to have a couple local guys come out and take care of the whole process for you.

Now, this wasnt my quickest run but deffinatly one of my more exciting entrys (aside from the fueling of the track on the second run).

We started out the weekend having to beat a 1:07.75 set by last years PB (personal best)

Friday although the weather seemed against us and grip was limited we managed to get a 1:06 which sent us to bed happy friday night.

Saturday came around and wirh slightly better conditions i managed to push the car into the 1:05.44 bracket which was another achivement for me.

Sunday after afew tyre pressure adjustments and some "eitherway its going home on a trailer any way" type attitude. I set out for a 1:04. I didnt quite get there but after some dicey back end work through some corners i managed to pull off a 1:05.14 (2.5 seconds better than last years best) which is still another PB and after running 3x1:05s throught the day it lets me know the car is confortable running consistant 1:05s.

I finnished under 1 second off a third place trophy so after some modifications and adjustments im aming for 2 seconds improvement for next years climb.

Overall the car handled really well and performed without fault the mechanic not so much. (appologies to the marshals, i will be double checking my fuel cap from here on out)

Id like to thank Kev and the crew who worked tirelessly to put on this incredible event Trident Tyre Centre Legend Of The Lakes Hillclimb you guys truely out do yourself year after year. I love that i am able to take place in such a well run event. Although this is only my second time competing, coming down each year feels like a family reunion. Thank you guys.

Id also like to thank all the guys who got me here, wether it be helping with entry, loaning of car trailer, last minute parts or some discounts on bits. I appreciate you all and you guys make it just that bit easier to enter these events and push this little Pulsar.
