I was holding off this type of training because I was worried that I wasn’t fit enough and I would be judged because I am a personal trainer. The thing is I’ve been lifting weights and focusing on muscular failure so there’s something completely different for me. I just want you to take a note out of my page and do something just because you’re afraid of it or worried how people might respond just do it anyway it’s you versus you. You’ve got this.

Hi Nick,
Amazing how a quick session with you has changed his confidence. He ended up staying another 45 minutes with his mate at the gym.

Perish the thought 😳...
Tried it once or twice - its tedious, tiresome and so BORING!!..Getting older now... Sustained a few injuries from falls...

I am also much more conscious of all elements needed to maintain a gym program and meet my goals.
