I hope everyone is ready to support Shelby Lynn Woodard this Friday as she sets foot on the GPC Australia platform for the 2023 Nationals!!! A lot of blood sweat and tears has been put into this prep and the whole team could not be more proud of what she has accomplished so far.

25th of AUG head to Newcastle or find the Livestream and watch as Shelby chases her total with everything she has got!!!

Finally got around to filling up the 160kg Cerberus Strength sandbag!!!!
Our humble little gym now boasts a 60, 80, 100, 120, 140 and 160kg sandbag.
Now someone just needs to lift them all.....

Amazing result for the Lovebird Lifters today at the GPC SA State Titles!!!!!!
Shelby Lynn Woodard and Mitchell Blenkiron gave it their all on the platform and walked away with gold in their respective weight classes.
Also managed to hit some amazing PB's
They put in the hard work and reaped the rewards.
Both Shelby and Mitchell are incredible assets to the gym's amazing future in strength sports.

G'day team we have been asked to tell you about this great event going down at Hilltop CrossFit Mount Barker

We highly recommend going along to support the awesome events we have going on in the hills!!!

Saturday 15th April 2023
• Weigh-in: 9:30 - 10:00
• Lifting: 11:00 onwards

This single lift event (deadlift only) is for lifters of all levels including novice/first time competitors and lifters. We are trying to make this event as simple as possible for everyone so there will be only one division to enter for both Males and Females.

We will be using the Wilks Score (also known as the Wilks Coefficient) to calculate the winners for each division.

There will be prizes for each division winner (using the Wilks Score) and also the biggest male and female lift of the day

I am sure we can convince some CGFM members to compete.... Looking at you Mitchell Blenkiron

With the Grudge Match at next weekend our very own .cgfm got the opportunity to pull ’s transporter in preparation for the 12 ton truck pull! We can’t wait to see all that Craig accomplishes with how much prep work he has put in!!

Also good luck to the S22 for their race for the Victoria Title in Swan Hill next weekend as well!!
