How lucky are we to have the Senior Citz Hall to use?! Wooden floors, heaters, and a few soft lamps make it the perfect place to roll out the mat! 🙏

I promise the yoga class is just as welcoming as the cosy hall ✨

My 7yo invited me to her very own yoga class this afternoon… It was fantastic! And so cute 🥰✨🌸
