Crunch Time Fitness have spaces available now to help you reach your goals.

Small Group PT:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
4.30, 5 and 5.30pm - (some morning sessions available also depending on bookings)
Just $15!

Personal Training:
I currently have a few permanent spots available weekdays during School hours
Half hour sessions - 1 on 1 $40
or train with a friend for $50 ($25 each)

Sending you all a HUGE shout out for supporting my little gym this year, I know how much choice there is out there, so I never take for granted your continual support.

I'm off to enjoy a little break to recharge my batteries ready to start again on the 11th of January pumped to help you all smash your health and fitness goals for 2023.
