It's been a long time between posts! I'm currently taking some time out in Bali ☀️

The last few months have been busy training and working- and back to running after January's health hurdles severe back pain and cysts diagnosis😩 Managed to lose 5kg since January- slow and steady, sustainable changes are key.

Metafit is a 'do anywhere' HIIT session so I'm trying keep up calorie burn with Bintang consumption🤔😂 with a Metafit workout each day🤙

Metafit is back next Friday 13th and PT sessions back from Tues 10th June!

It's been a hot few days 🥵 I've managed to fit in a couple of HIIT sessions as it's too hot to run!

Today's session was a 12 secs work:10 secs rest interval x 12 sets⏱

4 times through and a finisher🔥

1.Ergo ski+ jump squats 8kg KB
2.Burpee to deadlift 18kg + mountain climbers
3.Down dog to tiger push up+ 9kg single arm clean press
4. Ab dolly pike/knee ins+ supine leg/overhead extension to crunch -9kg
5. Banded jumps squats/lateral squats/reverse lunges - no resting!

Total of 32mins and worked hard to burn 305 cals!🌡👊

My first 4km run in 18 months!

7 months post-surgery and physio sessions almost complete :) It wasn't quick, but it didn't need to be.

It was hard and my glutes hated me from adding in some rolling hill parts along the West Coast. Got it done!

So grateful to be able to add running back into my training schedule

🙌METAFIT Friday class starts in less than 2 weeks! Class runs Oct 11th -Dec 15th!

*Location for the class is Marri Park (Ayton Way carpark) in Duncraig. Toilet facilities and playground area available!

Payment for the term (10 weeks) can be made direct to me. Please PM for details.

🏋 $10 per week for 8-10 sessions (Week 4 & 5 will be pre-recorded and sent to everyone as I'll be overseas for 2 weeks).

🏋 CASUALLY @ $15 per class.

🏋 Sessions are Friday 9am - 9.45am (9.15am start)

Happy Friday, folks! 😁 I've got a spring in my step and a smile on my face because I ran 2km for the first time in 18 months! 💃🏼

No more limping for days after a jog or run! 🏃‍♀️ Today, I knocked out 2KM with some walking breaks (and a little puppy playtime 🐕) and my ankle felt fantastic - better than my good ankle, even! 🤯

Time to unwind in the sauna 🧘‍♀️ and give my mind and body some R&R. 🙋‍♀️

If you're thinking about getting back into exercise after an injury, I'm here to help! 🌟 I can work with physios and other health pros to get you moving again. 💪 Remember, you don't have to be perfect to start, but you have to start to be perfect!
