We assessed the courts again this morning and, unfortunately, they remain covered in water droplets and are still dripping from the recent rain 🌧️

We will provide a further update this afternoon to confirm whether games can proceed or if they will need to be cancelled due to safety concerns 😔

Early bird registrations for the U12 Country Skills Days are now open!

The 2026 Country Skills Days will be held on Saturday 25th July and Sunday 26th July at 10 regional academies across Victoria.

These Skill Day events are part of a development program for players of all abilities and standards from all associations located in regional Victoria. This will be an opportunity for identified athletes to be selected to participate in the U12 Country Jamboree in Echuca in September!

REMINDER- no basketball this afternoon for the U13 girls or U14 mixed comp due to the long weekend!

😔 Unfortunately, for the third night in a row, we have had to cancel basketball due to water continuing to leak onto the courts from the roof.
❌NO 18s
❌NO mens
We are working with NGSC to try get this resolved in the hopes it won’t continue to be an issue in future but at this stage it is out of our control and we must do what is best for the safety of our players, referees and spectators.
