Christmas Grading Day is upon us!

Dont forget to arrive at least 5 minutes early for a 10 am start, lunch will follow the grading directly after and will be inside once the mats are pulled up and stacked.

2009 - Kukkiwon 8th Dan
- WTF World Poomsae Championships in Egypt.
2011 - Taekwondo Malaysia Poomsae Championships Over 40s – Silver Medal

2012 - WTF World Poomsae Championships, Tunja, Colombia, Over 59s – 8th Place

2013 - Chang Moo Kwan 9th Dan.
- Kukkiwon Master Instructor Class 1 with Commendation.
- Kukkiwon Hanmadang Referee Class 2.
- World Hanmadang Poomsae Master 2 - Silver Medal.
- Taekwondo Malaysia Poomsae Championships Over 40s - Gold Medal.
- WTF World Poomsae Championships, Bali, Indonesia, Master 3 - 5th Place.
- ASEAN Taekwondo Federation Championships Senior 2 Poomsae – Bronze Medal.

2014 - WTF International Poomsae Coach 3rd Class.
