What happens when your job is no longer who you are?

For so many of us, our identity becomes tied to what we produce.

The work we do.

The people we help.

The goals we achieve.

But what happens when burnout forces everything to stop?

In this episode of **Valleys to Victory**, we explore how easy it is to confuse our worth with our work—and why losing the ability to perform can leave us questioning who we really are.

Your value isn't determined by your productivity.

You are more than your profession, your title, or the results you deliver.

Real healing begins when you rediscover your identity beyond achievement and learn to lead from a place of self-worth instead of constant proving.

So, if someone asked you, "Who are you?"... would your first answer be your job?

Your current situation is not your permanent destination.

No matter what you're facing today, healing is possible.

In this episode of Valleys to Victory, Jeremy shares the heart behind the podcast's mission: helping people take small, intentional steps toward lasting change.

Growth doesn't happen overnight.

It happens one step at a time.

Whether you're navigating grief, anxiety, or a season of uncertainty, every step forward matters. Progress isn't about perfection...it's about choosing to keep moving.

From grief to growth.

From panic to peace.

From brokenness to rebuilding.

Your journey doesn't have to end where your struggle began.

Can 30 days really make a difference in your grief?

When you’re hurting, 30 days can feel like no time at all.

But healing isn’t about making the pain disappear overnight.

It’s about taking one small step today… then another tomorrow.

Over time, those small steps become real progress.

If you’ve been wondering whether it’s possible to find hope again after losing someone you love, this week’s article is for you.

The biggest mistake people make after loss…

Most people think they just need more time.

But time, on its own, doesn't heal what we continue to avoid.

Many people spend months... or even years... waiting to feel different, hoping one day they'll wake up and the pain will be gone.

The reality is that healing usually begins when we stop waiting and start taking small, intentional steps forward.

You don't have to fix everything today.

You only need the next step.

In this week's video, I unpack one of the biggest mistakes that keeps people feeling stuck... and what you can do instead.

If today's message resonates with you and you're ready to take practical steps forward, I'd love to invite you to explore the 30-Day Healing Experience.

Information informs. Action transforms.

Have you ever finished reading a great book or watching an inspiring video… only to realise that a few weeks later, nothing had really changed?

Grief can be like that.

Most people already know they need to take one day at a time. The difficult part isn’t knowing what to do—it’s finding the strength to take the next step.

In this week’s video, I share why healing isn’t about having more information. It’s about taking one small step forward, even when life feels heavy.

I’d love to hear from you.

What’s one small step you’ve taken recently that helped you move forward?

Let me remind you of something today…

You’re stronger than you think.

I know you might not feel strong.

You might feel tired.
Overwhelmed.
Emotional.

But strength isn’t always loud.

Sometimes strength looks like getting out of bed when you didn’t want to.

Sometimes it looks like showing up for your family.

Sometimes it looks like taking one more step when everything in you wanted to stop.

I remember someone saying to me,

“I don’t feel strong at all.”

But when we looked back over everything they had survived…

it became clear they were much stronger than they realised.

And maybe that’s true for you too.

Take a moment today and look at how far you’ve already come.

One of the loneliest parts of grief is feeling like nobody understands.

People mean well.

They tell you to stay positive.
Keep busy.
Move forward.

But sometimes those words can make you feel even more alone.

Because they’re not carrying what you’re carrying.

They’re not living with the memories.
The reminders.
The empty space that loss leaves behind.

I remember someone saying to me,

“Everyone else seems to have moved on… but I still think about them every day.”

And honestly, that’s more common than people realise.

Just because other people don’t fully understand your grief…

doesn’t mean your grief is wrong.

It means your loss mattered.

Have you ever caught yourself laughing...

and then immediately felt guilty?

You're not alone.

One of the strangest parts of grief is that when moments of joy finally begin to return, guilt often shows up too.

You have a good day.

You laugh with friends.

You enjoy a moment.

And suddenly a thought appears:

"Should I be feeling happy?"

But here's what I want you to hear today...

Feeling joy doesn't mean you've forgotten.

It doesn't mean you loved them less.

And it doesn't mean you're leaving them behind.

You don't honour someone by staying miserable forever.

You honour them by carrying their memory with you while continuing to live your life.

Those two things can exist together.

🎥 This week's Monday Reset:
"You're Allowed To Feel Joy"

From the valley to the victory…
keep moving forward.

Can we talk about something that doesn't get spoken about enough?

The exhaustion that comes with grief.

Not just physical tiredness.

The kind of tiredness that follows you around. The kind that sleep doesn't always fix.

Because grief isn't just sadness.

It's carrying memories.
Questions.
Changes.
Uncertainty.

Day after day.

And that takes energy.

A lot of energy.

So if you've been wondering why you're so tired lately...

Maybe stop judging yourself.

Maybe stop comparing yourself to who you used to be.

Maybe recognise that you've been carrying something heavy.

And that's exhausting.

From the valley to the victory…
keep moving forward.
