This is Jess from Brisbane Fitness Empire and I’m a kickboxing instructor in a private studio right in the heart of Stafford.

I’d like to welcome all you wonderful people 50 and over to try our LIMITED TIME EVENT to get fit with something different in the new year of 2023!

BEGINNERS KICKBOXING AND BOOTCAMP CLASS

COST: $17p/person
WHERE: 3/37 Windorah St, Stafford QLD 4053
CLASS TIME: 9:00am - 10:00am

Feeling like a change for yourself to learn something new while building up your fitness?

Here at Brisbane Fitness Empire we have you covered with our Beginners to Advanced Kickboxing and Muay Thai classes for Teen Girls, Kids and Adults!

I'm Jess and I'll be taking you through everything you'll need to know. We have Kids Class on at 4pm AND Adults at 6pm so come by and give it a go :)

Are you having trouble finding an activity to try over the school holidays?

Kickboxing is your solution. I’m Jess and here at Brisbane Fitness Empire, we offer our Beginners to Advanced Kickboxing Class for Teen Girls aged 11-16yrs on Monday nights from 5:00 - 5:45pm.

Currently, we have vacancies for our courses and one on one personal training.
