Scientifically proven time and time again, TACFIT helps anyone achieve elite level fitness, helping them move in new and functional, reality based patterns, the way your body was designed to move. Instead of normal bootcamp sessions, which emphasis long and arduous aerobic work, that achieves little, tacfit is 20 minutes of high intensity exercise. Oh, and lets not forget, this system is backed by science. 20 minutes of TACFIT is he equivalent of 4 and half hours cardio vascular work.
